This morning I was in desperate need of doggie diapers. I went online ordered. I quickly received my confirmation email and then just as quick I received my pickup email. The gal that helped me was fabulous. The whole process was seamless.
One of the worst targets in Columbus. Used to be decent but the new management during the day is very unprofessional and have unnecessarily aggressive tendencies when dealing with customers. Used to be one of the better targets in the last two years but overall experience has greatly degraded and has been outshined by New Albany which deals with clientele more professionally and sympathetically.
Target makes shopping and returning super easy. I love using the app to keep track of my purchase receipts , points and coupons. I also love the app for wayfinding within the store for item locations, stock and drive up pickup availability. Returns are ridiculously easy, since the app keeps track of all purchases, you don’t even need the receipt, just show your target wallet barcode. Target’s drive up pickup service also gave me a little sanity back when becoming a new mom. Doing errands and shopping is so much easier when your aren’t having to get littles in and out of the car on repeat.
I went in about 25 minutes before closing I ended up selecting 2 cell phones for what I thought was the same exact cell phone that was on sale the gentleman that worked electronics was amazing it wasn't his fault that they were stacked improperly behind the locked case he grabbed 2 I went up to the front with him because he couldn't get them to ring up properly the man that took over appeared to be the manager was a little bit dismissive to the man who worked in electronics he was in such a rush to try to get everybody out of there he scanned my 2 items I left the store not as much as I thank you or have a good night just to notice that they were 2 different prices. So when I went back in now 7 min before close the customer service person informed me that it was 2 different phones again no fault to the guy that was it back working electronics. Needless to say because I was so rushed by the gentleman checking me out he just pushed it through as credit even though i put my pin number in he ran it as credit anyways so I was not able to get my cash that they just took away from me back they wanted to give it back to me on my card or give it back on it instore credit. My problem is that there's no need to be so rude when you're rushing people out of your store when you still have nearly 15 minutes before closing. Or so I say lack of common courtesy to rush people through to wear you select then it's gonna be credit. They locked up the doors and didn't even bother to take in most of the cars.
I absolutely love Target, especially Target Graceland. Great selection, friendly employees, terrific customer service, decent prices and an outstanding pickup system. Highly recommend.
I typically like this store. I needed a new handbag and assumed they'd have a good selection. Nope. I bet there weren't even 9 bags in total. And the few they did have were either very small to the point of not being functional or were basically small backpacks. I was really disappointed so I left. I went a few stores down to the new TJ Maxx, they had a ton of them. These stores are in Graceland Shopping Center.
This Target is a disaster. Worst selection of clothing I’ve ever seen at a department store (minus everything must go stores). If you feel like wasting your time and meandering around a store to find nothing, then this is the store for you!
Clean and organized store, friendly and helpful staff, and had what I needed. Exactly what you'd expect in a Target, nothing less.
